This notice describes how Ranugo AI handles personal information in the current pilot workspace. It is a product foundation, not legal advice.
What we collect in the pilot
Account details (name, email), business profile (Business Brain), customer and lead records you enter or ingest via mock webhooks, bookings, quotes, messages logged as simulated outbound, staff roster foundations, and audit events for reliability.
How we use it
To operate the multi-tenant pilot workspace, enforce consent and opt-out, support human approvals, and improve product reliability. Outbound SMS, WhatsApp, calls and email remain simulated (`SIMULATED_NOT_SENT`) unless you separately approve live channels.
Access, correction and deletion
Signed-in owners can export a customer access package and redact customer data from the pilot workspace Settings and Customers views. Contact info@ranugo.com for other requests.
Storage
Local development may persist a JSON snapshot under `.data/`. Production on ChatGPT Sites is intended to use D1 (`app_state` blob) when deployed. Do not store production secrets in the browser or client bundles.
