By using the Ranugo website or pilot workspace you agree to these terms. They govern the current pilot product and may be updated as production services launch.
Pilot
The pilot workspace is provided for evaluation and configuration of your business operating workflows. You must provide accurate account details and accept the Privacy notice before signup.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, abuse rate limits, send spam, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Demo credentials are for non-production testing only.
Simulated communications
Unless you have a separate written approval for live channels, Ranugo does not send real SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls or customer email from this product. Task outcomes may be logged as simulated.
No warranty
The pilot is provided as-is. Quotes, labour estimates and access packages are product foundations and are not legal, financial or payroll determinations.
